- Our district includes the area from the Eastern tip of Atlantic Beach on Bogue Banks to Surf City. Our goal is to promote the sport of surfing through a series of competitions and activities designed to encourage a healthy, fair system that teaches good sportsmanship and creates an opportunity for young people to develop confidence and self-esteem.
